Alf has 20 years of riding experience most of which was done in the UK and Europe. He took his rider training as well as his instructor training at the same riding school in England and has been instructing there for over 8 years at different levels as a qualified Compulsory Basic training and Direct Access instructor. He is also qualified to provide the UK Enhanced Rider Scheme training (advanced rider training) and holds the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Gold riding award. A year following his relocation to Calgary, He joined Motology riding school and down-trained there to deliver the school’s rider training course. In summer of 2024, He was licensed as Provincial Driving Instructor. He enjoys instructing, joining rideouts, participating in bike racing and track days, off-roading, taking part to biking charity events and occasionally commuting by bike to work.”
