Access Revocation: Motology reserves the right to use its “Kill Switch” protocol to revoke digital access immediately for any user (including instructors or students) who violates security protocols or proprietary IP rights.
Authentication: Access to secure portals relies on professional identity management (Microsoft Entra ID/SSO). Unauthorized attempts to bypass this authentication are strictly prohibited.
All content on this Site, including but not limited to the “Motology Method,” training videos, manuals (AMOL, EDIC, ICEPAC frameworks), drills, and slogans, are the exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) of Motology School Inc..
Restricted Use: Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or retention of Motology manuals or “Work Products” is considered a material breach and may result in legal action.
Booking: Course registrations are processed via Arlo CRM and Stripe Payments.
Fees: A written fee schedule detailing tuition, registration fees, and materials is provided before enrollment. Official receipts are issued for all payments.
Refunds: Specific refund and cancellation policies are outlined during the checkout process in Arlo and must be acknowledged before enrollment.
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (Alberta) and the Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (Canada), Motology School Inc. is the sole “Organization” responsible for student data collected on this Site.
Collection Purpose: Personal information is collected for the administration of examinations, licensing, safety tracking, and automated student nurturing.
Instructor Access: All instructors are bound by strict confidentiality under their Services Agreement and must comply with PIPA and the Access to Motor Vehicle Information Regulation (AMVIR) when handling student data.
Data Security: Student, instructor, and staff personal information is securely stored. All non-digital records are kept in locked, immovable containers within approved facilities.
Motology School Inc. operates in full compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Consent: By providing your email, phone number, or using our webchat/WhatsApp features, you provide “Express Consent” to receive instructional updates, scheduling notifications, and marketing communications (e.g., gear guides, early-bird registrations).
Withdrawal of Consent: Every commercial electronic message (CEM) includes a functional “Unsubscribe” mechanism. Requests to be removed from marketing lists will be processed within 10 business days.
Transactional Messages: Communications regarding your specific course booking, safety alerts, or receipting (via Xero) are considered “Transactional” and are exempt from standard CASL unsubscribe requirements.
SMS Alerts: During Peak Season (Apr–Oct), we utilize SMS for urgent waitlist notifications and last-minute booking opportunities. Users may opt-out at any time by replying “STOP.”
Digital Interactions: All digital interactions, including WhatsApp greetings triggered via lead forms, are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
Licensing: All instructions delivered meet or exceed the requirements and standards per the Alberta Licensed Driver Training School Procedures Manual.
Retention: In compliance with Alberta Transportation, Motology retains Pass/Fail student records for a minimum of two (2) years, and specific lot evaluations for up to five (5) years as required.
Motology School Inc. provides high-risk technical training. While we utilize the “Motology Method” to ensure the safest path to a Class 6 license, students acknowledge the inherent risks of motorcycle operation. Motology is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of information on this Site or the failure to follow instructor safety protocols.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be settled in the judicial centre of Calgary, AB.
