Advanced Rider Training Course
A Class 6 license is just the beginning. The truly elite rider knows that mastery is found in the “fine motor” details of motorcycle physics. Motology School’s Advanced Rider Training is engineered for the license-holder who refuses to plateau—the rider who wants to dominate every corner, manage every hazard, and handle their machine with surgical precision.
Our advanced curriculum bridges the gap between basic operation and high-performance intuition:
The Science of Cornering: Transition from simple turns to professional cornering physics. Master the “Slow, Look, Press, Roll” method to stabilize your suspension and maximize traction through every Alberta mountain pass.
Threshold & Emergency Response: Re-develop the muscle memory to execute high-stakes “Squeeze the Orange” threshold braking and decisive swerve manoeuvres without compromising stability.
Tactical Road Mastery: Join our senior instructors for a 4-hour, real-world advanced tactical ride through Calgary and surrounding area’s most challenging traffic and road environments, focusing on proactive S.E.E. (Search, Evaluate, Execute) strategies.
2 consecutive seasons of riding in the last 4 years.
Your own motorcycle, full gear, full tank of gas, and ready to have fun.
You will require to have a Class 6 license and be a minimum 18 years of age.
School motorcycles may be rented based on availability.
Calgary’s roads demand more than basic skills. Whether you’re shaking off years of “sabbatical” rust or looking to sharpen your technical edge, the Motology Method provides the safest, most efficient path to advanced competence.
We move you past “Unconscious Incompetence” into a state of Unconscious Competence—where fluid, automatic precision becomes your default setting. From mastering “The Hum” of slow-speed friction zone control to high-speed hazard avoidance, we build the street-ready skills that protect your life and your bike.
The Advanced Experience:
Theory Deep-Dive: Advanced online physics and risk management.
Precision Range Drills: High-intensity braking, swerving, and technical balance.
Mentored Street Session: Elite-level coaching in live Calgary traffic.
Intimitate Experience
The course is limited to 4 students. We believe this small size provides a great level of attention while ensuring the ability for peer-to-peer relations, great conversation, and an opportunity to exchange experiences and stories,
Although there is a minimum framework and lessons to be learned, the course is designed to be highly adaptable to the skills of the students, the weakness that are identified, or any special requests to make the learning memorable and impactful.
