Description
Basic Rider Training Course
Motology School teaches you to become a rider who is knowledgeable, responsible and most importantly in control of your motorcycle. We start from the absolute basics and work up slowly and strategically to more intermediate skills until you are ready with confidence to operate a motorcycle safely in Alberta. The course is designed for the new rider in mind; no previous riding experience and may never have been on two wheels before. It can also be applicable to the experienced rider that might have taken a long sabatical and needs a complete refresher from the basic fundamentals.
This course is based on three segments; an online based theory class, practical on-bike training, and, provided you are assessed competent and safe to the standards of Motology School, a two hour road ride around Calgary, letting you utilize and practice your developed skills in the real world under the supervision of your qualified instructor.
The completion of this course is certified by Alberta Transportation. Check your insurance company for applicability.
